April Scripture Writing

For the month of April we will be writing about Obedience.

In the dictionary obedience (actually the word obedient) is defined as: complying with or submissive to authority.

In the month of March we wrote about faith. While praying about this month's topic I felt that the next logical topic would be obedience.

As we wrote scriptures from Hebrews we saw that a people through their faith obeyed God.

If you read about the individual people in the Old Testament, you would have seen that they obeyed immediately.

As moms we expect immediate obedience. In our house we adopted the phrase of "delay in obedience is disobedience." I wonder if this is the same with God.

I pray that as you write scriptures about obedience you are encouraged in your faith.

I'm praying for you mama! Have a blessed month of scripture writing!
